Complete the form and submit your order. You will then receive payment information from JORDVIND. Once payment has been received, your personalised gift voucher will be created and sent to you as a PDF by email.
Please note: Travel costs are not included in the gift voucher price. If you wish this, please let me know in the field “Message / other requests”. The gift voucher itself is issued in Swedish.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions – JORDVIND
Validity
JORDVIND gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is stated on the gift voucher.
The gift voucher must be used within its validity period.
Use
The gift voucher can be used as payment for the treatment or value stated on the voucher.
Appointments are booked directly with JORDVIND. Please provide the gift voucher number when booking whenever possible.
Travel costs
For treatments provided at a location other than JORDVIND, travel costs may apply according to the current price list. Travel costs are not included in the value of the gift voucher unless otherwise stated.
Voucher value and payment
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the cost of the treatment exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference is payable at the time of treatment.
If the full value of the gift voucher is not used on one occasion, the remaining balance will remain available until the voucher's original expiry date.
Digital gift vouchers
Each gift voucher is identified by a unique gift voucher number. The value registered with JORDVIND is the valid balance, even if the digital file is printed more than once.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing a gift voucher at a distance, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the applicable Swedish distance-contract rules.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact JORDVIND within 14 days of the purchase. Any refund will be made in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Friskvårdsbidrag / Swedish wellness allowance
The purchase of a gift voucher is not in itself a wellness activity and therefore does not in itself qualify for reimbursement through the Swedish friskvårdsbidrag.
If the gift voucher is subsequently used to pay for an activity that qualifies under the rules for friskvårdsbidrag, different rules may apply to the activity actually provided. The employer decides whether a wellness allowance is offered and which activities are eligible for reimbursement.
