1. Scope & processing of personal data 1.1 Your visit to our website

When you visit our website, your browser transmits certain data to our web server for technical reasons. This concerns the following data (known as server log files) – IP address – Date and time of the request – Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) – Content of the request (the specific page) – Operating system and its access status / HTTP status code – Volume of data transferred – Website from which the request originates (the referrer URL) – Browser, language and version of the browser software

1.1.1 Legal basis & purpose of the processing & storage period

Storing this data in log files is necessary to ensure that the website functions. It helps us to optimise the website and to guarantee the security of our information technology systems. JORDVIND collects this data on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in order to display our website and guarantee its security. For security reasons (for example to clarify misuse or fraud), the information in the log files is stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data that must be retained for evidential purposes may not be deleted until the incident in question has been finally clarified.

1.1.2 Right to object and to erasure

Collecting the data required to provide the website and storing it in log files is strictly necessary for technical operation. Consequently, the user has no right to object.

1.2 Scope and processing of personal data / when you contact us

You can contact us via the contact forms on our website. We process the data from the input mask: company, first name, surname, street and number, postcode and town, email, telephone, message. Alternatively you can contact us via our email address. In that case the sender's personal data transmitted with the email is processed.

1.2.1 Recipients of the data

The data transmitted to me is processed only by JORDVIND and by my staff responsible for the business process concerned.

1.2.2 Legal basis & purpose of the processing & storage period

Processing the personal data from the input mask serves to deal with your request. The other personal data processed during transmission (such as IP address, date and time) is used to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of my information technology systems.

When you contact me (by contact form or by email), the user's data is processed in order to handle the enquiry and deal with it pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

I delete personal data once it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For the personal data from the contact form's input mask and data sent by email, this is the case once the conversation with the user has ended. The conversation has ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter or request for information concerned has been conclusively resolved.

Data subject to accounting obligations or other statutory retention requirements is additionally kept for the statutory period and is deleted once that period has expired.

1.2.3 Right to object and to erasure

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

If you contact us by email, you may object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In that case our conversation naturally cannot continue. Please send any such withdrawal to hej@jordvind.se. All personal data stored in connection with contacting us will then be deleted.

2. Cookies and storage in your browser

JORDVIND does not use cookies.

If you switch on high contrast yourself, your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key jv-hogkontrast, so that the setting is still there the next time you visit. None of this leaves your device, and it is not used to recognise you. You can remove it at any time via your browser settings.

2.1 Scope, purpose and legal basis of the processing

JORDVIND processes data concerning its customers and interested parties and other clients or contractual partners (uniformly referred to as ”customers”) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR in order to provide them with our contractual or pre-contractual services. The data processed in this context, its type, scope and purpose and the necessity of processing it are determined by the underlying contractual relationship. The data processed generally comprises inventory and master data of customers (such as name, address and so on), together with contact details (such as email address, telephone and so on), contractual data (such as services used, fees, names of contact persons and so on) and payment data (such as bank details, payment history and so on).

As part of my services we may also process special categories of data pursuant to Article 9(1) GDPR, in particular information about the health of customers and their animals. For this purpose I obtain, where necessary, consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), Article 7 and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, and otherwise process the special categories of data for preventive health care on the basis of Article 9(2)(h) GDPR.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to meet contractual or statutory duties of care and to handle any warranties and comparable obligations, whereby the necessity of retaining the data is reviewed every three years; otherwise the statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Data security

JORDVIND takes technical, contractual and organisational measures to ensure the security of data processing in line with the current state of the art. JORDVIND thereby ensures that the provisions of data protection law, in particular the GDPR, are complied with and that the data processed by us is protected against destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorised access. These security measures also include the encrypted transmission of data between your browser and our servers.

Please note that SSL encryption is only active for transmissions over the internet if the key symbol is shown in the lower menu bar of your browser window and the address begins with https://. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) uses encryption technology to protect the transmission of data against unlawful access by third parties. If this option is not available, you may also choose not to send certain data over the internet.

All information you send to JORDVIND is stored and processed on my servers in Europe.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties and third-party providers

We do not pass on personal data to third parties. Data is only disclosed where we are legally obliged to do so, for example to authorities under a statutory duty to provide information. Processors who act on our behalf and under our instructions are not considered third parties within the meaning of the GDPR (see Section 6 on Umami).

5. External services and content on our website

JORDVIND does not integrate any external services or third-party content into this website. No communication data such as IP address, date or time is transmitted to third-party providers when you visit our pages.

Fonts and scripts

All fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server. No connection is established to external libraries such as Google Fonts.

Protection of the contact form

The contact form is technically protected against automated submissions. A third-party service such as reCAPTCHA is not used for this purpose.

6. Web analytics with Umami

In order to understand how the website is used, JORDVIND uses Umami, an analytics tool operated on our behalf by ADVIGA AB on its own server infrastructure in Germany. The processing is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The data is not passed on to any other party and is not transferred to any country outside the EU/EEA.

Umami uses no cookies and stores no IP address. Instead a technical checksum is calculated which is replaced every day, so that individual visitors can neither be identified nor tracked over time. What is recorded is the page visited, the referring page, the approximate region, the type of device and the browser.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to improve the website pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Since no information is stored on your device and no personal data is collected, no consent is required.

The data is kept for six months and is then deleted automatically.

7. Your rights

If JORDVIND processes your personal data, you are a data subject within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and you have the following rights in relation to JORDVIND with regard to your personal data: – Right of access – Right to rectification – Right to erasure – Right to restriction of processing – Right to object to the processing

8. Changes to this privacy policy

JORDVIND reserves the right to amend this privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal circumstances or in the event of changes to the service and to data processing. However, this applies only to declarations concerning data processing. Where the user's consent is required, or where parts of the privacy policy contain provisions governing the contractual relationship with users, the changes will be made only with the users' consent.
